Crys Ager, formerly of Holland Cruise Group, to Join Project Implementation Team at the Automated Air Booking Technology Company
RightRez, the leading provider of automated air booking solutions for the tour, cruise, and ERM industries, announced today that Crys Ager has joined the firm as Implementation Project Manager. Ager will serve a key project management role to ensure the successful implementation of RightRez’s air booking solutions.
As a travel industry veteran, this role will utilize Ager’s extensive expertise of the industry and technology project management skills. Her efforts will help RightRez continue to ensure the timely and accurate implementation of the company’s innovative and dynamic air booking solutions, air itinerary management tools, re-shopping tools, and custom applications.
“Crys brings a unique perspective to RightRez, since her previous employer, Holland America, has been a client of ours for 19 years,” says Michael von Foerster, founder and CEO of RightRez.
In her most recent role as Manager, Travel Services Seattle at Holland America Group, Ager was responsible for a team of 24. She oversaw numerous projects, including the creation of a risk block program for Crew travel and a new Crew Manning System/Autobook tool, which was powered by RightRez’s Right Cruise product.
